Day 1: Vancouver

Day 2: Vancouver - Whistler

You will travel on the Rocky Mountaineer train on the “Sea to Sky” route, taking in breathtaking scenery to the resort of Whistler. Exceptional sites will mark out this tour, in particular the Brandywine Falls which extend over 70 meters, framed by majestic conifers. Mount Garibaldi, named after Giuseppe Garibaldi, a 19th century Italian statesman, will follow. This sleeping volcano rises 2,678 m above sea level and is part of the historical heritage of the region. Finally, Cheakamus Canyon will impress you with its huge granite walls and lava flows. Arrival in Whistler, check in at the hotel for the night.

Day 3: Whistler - Quesnel

Boarding the Rocky Mountaineer train at Whistler station. After breakfast, you will enjoy varied landscapes and unique views, such as the shores of Anderson and Seton lakes, the desert slopes of the Fraser Canyon and the vast lands of the Cariboo region. Your day will end as the train travels along the shores of the Fraser River to Quesnel. Settling in at the hotel for the night.

Day 4: Quesnel - Jasper

You will continue eastward through the coniferous forests of northern British Columbia, home to a large moose population. You will cross the gorge that separates the Rocky Mountains going north, while the Cariboo Mountains extend south. After admiring the summit of Mount Robson which culminates at 3,954 meters, you will arrive in Jasper at the end of the day. Overnight accommodation in Jasper.
