Day 2: Marmot Basin

Marmot Basin has 85 trails suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels, whether beginners or professionals, but also a host of moguls, glacial cirques, steep slopes and groomed trails. The longest high-speed quad chair in the Canadian Rockies The signature chairlift at Marmot Basin is the Canadian Rockies Express (CRE). Since its construction for the 2009/10 season, this giant chairlift covers 2.3 kilometers in less than 8 minutes and transports skiers and snowboarders to an area that offers centralized access to all the hot spots on the mountain.
