Day 3 - Madeira Island, Portugal

The island was Sir Winston Churchill’s favorite – heavenly landscapes, multi-colored flowers and elegant architecture won him over. In Funchal, its capital and city for all ages and all tastes, meet the locals.

Walk around the local shops to admire the embroidery and tapestries. You should also taste Portuguese wine in one of its many cafes.
