Promenades gourmandes en Suisse

Did you know that in French-speaking Switzerland we eat French, in Ticino, we eat Italian and in German-speaking Switzerland we eat German? Tell me about it! In this culinary journey, one of your stops will obviously be the Gruyère cheese. We'll probably suggest a short hike in the mountain pastures. Go there and you'll finally find out why Swiss cheese is different from one another! Enjoy raclette, cheese crust, rostis (grated potato pancakes), bolletunne (onion tart with bacon, sour cream, eggs and cumin), malakoffs (salted Gruyère cheese fritters) and the Zug pie, a sponge cake with butter cream and kirsch. And don't end this culinary journey without getting off the beaten track a little by going to test the food truck. Activity is booming in both Geneva and Zurich, where there's even a hot dog festival. They've been making hot dogs there since 1847! Everywhere in Switzerland, we have the Street Food Festival. You won't know where to put a fork, believe me! Odyssea takes care of the broad outlines of your project and what can cause problems and you take care of admiring, meandering, conjugating your adventure.
