Day 6 - Matera

Today you are heading for the Puglia region, the heel of the Italian boot that juts out into the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea. Don’t hesitate and take a break in one of the villages crossed by the Apulian canyon: Massafra, Castellaneta, Lazerta or Ginosa. Stroll through their calm and quiet alleys and take beautiful pictures. You will stop and stay in Matera to see the sassi houses, troglodyte dwellings.

Day 7 - Brindisi

Through olive groves and orchards, you arrive today at the Adriatic coast, at Brindisi, the gateway to the Orient. Three monuments to explore: Castello Rosso, Castello Svevo and the Church of San Giovanni al Sepolcro. Relax at your hotel and in the evening, head to the historic centre for a gourmet dinner.
