Route
Day 1 - Cooper Island
Once you have retrieved your sailboat, sail to Cooper Island, a small island at eight kilometres south-east of Tortola Island. Cooper is of volcanic origin and is only two square kilometres in size. In Manchioneel Bay you will find the Cooper Island Beach Club with restaurant and shops. After diving and watching the turtles, this is the perfect place to watch the sunset.
Day 2 - Virgin Gorda Island
Very well known for its geological formations, the baths, spherical granite rocks that naturally delimit beautiful beaches with emerald waters, Virgin Gorda Island will seduce you. At Devil’s Bay, you will find a restaurant offering a superb panoramic view. At the nearby marina, you’ll find a grocery store for your groceries.
Day 3 and 4 - Anegada Island
Spend 2 days on Anegada Island which has a lot to offer. In fact, the island is more like an elevated atoll, 19 km long and just under 5 km wide. Beautiful beaches line the island and you can swim near the HorseShoe and Anegada reefs. You will also have the opportunity to see flamingos. Take a taxi or rent a scooter to Cow Wrek Beach for shopping, dining and swimming. The locals will give you a warm welcome.
Day 5 - Trellis Bay
You will sail to Beef Island to visit Trellis Bay and Marina Cay. If you wish, you will be able to go to Guana Island for snorkeling and stay there to enjoy the calm and the fullness of the place.
Day 6 - Great Harbour
You will arrive in the north-west of Tortola Island, in Great Harbour where the animation is in full swing: Foxy’s Tamarind Bar and Restaurant, the Cool Breeze Cafe and Corsair’s have welcomed many holidaymakers. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and turquoise waters around you.
Day 7 - The Bight
You’re on the popular Norman Island and its port The Bight. Yachts and sailboats come to linger here because of its spectacular dive sites. We especially recommend The Indians and The Caves.
Enjoy your last night in the British Virgin Islands!
