Route

Day 1 - Montreal

Departure to London at the end of the day.

 

Day 2 - London

Upon arrival in London, you will enjoy a city tour including a visit to Windsor Castle before settling into your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day to discover London and some of its secrets.

Day 3 - London

After breakfast, a short cruise on the Thames will take you to the foot of the Tower of London. A guide will accompany you on a guided tour along the South Bank. Take the London Bridge from where you can admire Southwak Cathedral, the Tate Modern or the Shakespeare Globe Theater. Your morning will end with a traditional Fish & Chip in the Borough Market area. The rest of the day is yours.

 

Day 4 - London

On the 76th anniversary of the Normandy landings, a visit to the Churchill Museum is a must! You will discover the secrets hidden under the streets of Westminster. Churchill had its command centre there during the Second World War. In the afternoon, explore the capital on foot or hop aboard its iconic double-decker buses. At the end of the day, a tour of the famous pubs including a dinner will conclude your stay in London.

Day 5 - Southampton

Departure to Southampton, a region of the United Kingdom famous for its historic sites and charming little villages. You will discover the mysteries surrounding Stonehenge, a megalithic monument of circular structures inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Embark on the luxurious Queen Mary 2 for a 7-night transatlantic cruise. The staff will welcome you with white gloves and will seduce you with their irreproachable know-how.

Day 6 to 11 : Crossing the Atlantic

Wine and fine cuisine are in the spotlight! Attend conferences, workshops and demonstrations as world-renowned special guests join the great chefs and master sommeliers of the Cunard Cruise Line. And why not join the Wine Academy!

Michel Roux Jr – 2 Michelin starred chef and iconic figure of the famous French restaurant Le Gavroche. Author of several cookery books and food and wine pairings, Michel Roux Jr. has also appeared in the television series Masterchef. His passion: Quality cuisine!

Steven Spurrier – Consultant, critic, writer and teacher, this master is a legend in the world of wine. His name is associated with the Wine Academy and his writings in the magazine Decanter. According to him, wine is an “art of living”.

Will Lyons – Journalist and writer, Will Lyons has won several awards. Associated with The Wall Street Journal, The Sunday Times and Decanter, his articles do not go unnoticed.

Lisa Markwell – Culinary critic, chef and author, Lisa Markwell has carved out a place for herself in the world of journalism and publishing. In addition to her professionalism, this great lady is a source of inspiration for those who work with her.

Gareth Bowen – Speaker, presenter and chef, Gareth Bowen focuses on the use of fresh produce and fine cuisine. He was Executive Chef at the famous Shangri-La Hotel before joining the Cunard Company as Director of Culinary Development.

Day 12 - New York

Early in the morning, you’ll see New York on the horizon. After disembarking in Manhattan, you will be driven to the airport to catch your flight back to Montreal.
